What types of items do you accept for your auctions?
For our Antique Auctions we sell a huge variety of antiques and collectibles, from low-end to high-end, with items ranging in auction price from $20 to $20,000. These items include, but are not limited to, Antique Furniture, Oriental Rugs, Figurines, Lamps, Pottery, Porcelain, Lladros, Hummels, Royal Doulton, China, Art Glass, Depression Glass, Carnival Glass, Stemware, Antique and Fine Jewelry, Oriental, Perfume Bottles, Linen, Quilts, Gold Jewelry, Vintage Costume Jewelry, Bakelite, Collectible Pens, Pocket Watches, Bronzes, Oil Paintings, Prints, Sculptures, Stamp collections, Coin Collections, Postcards, First Edition Books, Advertising Items, Old Toys, Old dolls, Crocks, Floor Lamps, Stained & Leaded Glass Windows, Tapestries, etc.
For our Modern auctions we sell a huge variety of new and used Furniture, Collectibles, and Estate Items. These items include, but are not limited to, Collectible Glassware, Good Clean Modern Rugs, Lamps, Accessories, China, Mirrors, Good Clean Upholstery items with no rips, tears or soiled, Occasional Tables, Occasional Chairs, Dining Room Furniture, Bedroom Furniture, Tools, Kitchenware, Linens, Paintings, Prints, Dolls, etc.
Many of the items we auction come from estates, collections, people who are moving, people who need a little bit more space and a little less stuff, people who need to liquidate, and people who just love to find treasures and sell them for more than they paid for them. We like to sell items that are desirable, that will get people excited - not junk. Unfortunately, there is a fine line sometimes between a desirable collectible and junk. What are your commission rates?
25% to 35% commission
We do have a pick up fee, it is according to where you are and what we are picking up.
We lot by expecting each item to bring $25.00 or more. In items not meeting this criteria we combine with other items to sell as a group.
